Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges

New and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery (with a receipt) for a full refund of the item cost. Any used item returned within 30 days of delivery will be assessed of its condition, and customer will be notified should a refund be approved or denied. Shipping cost will not be refunded. No refunds will be allowed outside this 30 day policy.

To return or replace an item, please email info@nanozohar.com. Replacement will be allowed only for damaged or incorrect items received. Exchange for a different item is allowed. Replacement will be shipped using the original shipping method selected once the returned item has arrived at our location. Our return address is as follows:

Defective/Damaged Products

All defective products may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. To return a defective/damaged product, email info@nanozohar.com to request a free return label.
